So you've made an order? Welcome to the Wattle & Wombat family!

Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them within 48 business hours. To speed up delivery, if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.

Your order will be sent via one of our trusted couriers, and should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 5-9 business days*.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

*Please note: We do our best to ensure parcels arrive safely, but once they are with the courier the delivery timing is outside of our hands. Couriers may attempt delivery outside regular hours, so we always recommend making sure someone is available to receive the parcel or having a safe drop-off spot in mind. For business addresses, it is worth checking that deliveries can be received after hours or arranging an alternative if needed.

All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

Oops, is your order not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can update this for you.

If your order has already shipped, don't panic! You may still be able to redirect it via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email — though please note that redirect options vary depending on the courier.

Please note:We can only send your order to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is given and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it — so please double-check your details carefully!

Yay, time to celebrate – your order is on its way! After we pass your order to our courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a 'Track Order' button. This will take you directly to the courier's tracking page so you can follow the live updates!

Haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).

W&W is entering an exciting new phase as we grow our brand internationally. To serve all four of our markets more efficiently and within similar delivery timeframes, we have relocated our fulfilment centre from Sydney to Canton, Asia.

As soon as your order is placed, our fulfilment team carefully picks, packs and prepares it for dispatch. Orders generally board a flight the same day or the following business day before being transferred to a trusted local delivery partner in the destination country.

This streamlined process allows orders to remain within our estimated delivery timeframe of 5–9 business days.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our couriers quote us 5-9 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren't able to deliver within this timeframe. During peak periods and holiday seasons, deliveries may also take a little longer than usual. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a 'delayed' delivery date.

Please note:For any queries or issues related to your delivery, we recommend you first reach out to your courier directly. While we understand delays are frustrating, we are required to work within each courier's processes. Once you have contacted them directly, let us know and we can follow up on your behalf to help resolve any issues ASAP.

Many of our products are made in Indonesia and China. Previously, these products were transported to Sydney before being shipped again—sometimes back across Australia or onward to another international market.

Our new central fulfilment hub allows products to arrive at one regional location and then be distributed directly to each market. This reduces unnecessary freight legs, avoids routing every international order through Sydney and helps us serve customers across all four markets more evenly.

Yes. We plan to establish an Australian fulfilment centre again in 2027, once our Asian base is fully established. This will form part of a broader fulfilment network designed to support W&W’s continued growth while providing reliable delivery across every market.

We currently ship across Australia, Canada and the UK with fast and reliable delivery options available at checkout. We are temporarily not shipping to New Zealand while we work through recent changes to customs regulations around natural wood imports.

All Wattle&Wombat orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Asia, allowing us to serve customers across Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States quickly and reliably as we transition to a partner equipped to cater to all four regions.

There's no need to worry about surprise import fees or duties at delivery — everything is handled upfront, so there are no extra charges at your expense. 🌿

Our teakwood utensils are best hand-washed in warm, soapy water and dried immediately. Avoid soaking or putting them in the dishwasher, as this can cause warping or cracking. For long-lasting durability, we recommend oiling them occasionally with food-safe mineral or linseed oil.

Our products are only sold on our online store, so we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling. If you are looking to make a bulk personal purchase, please contact us here for more information!

*Please note: This is subject to stock availability.

Have a special someone who you think needs some of our products in their life? You can ship any Wattle&Wombat product directly to that lucky lad or lady by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. Plus we don’t include any value invoices inside the box as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It’s that easy!

*Please note: Due to the fact we use external fulfilment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package - we’re sorry!

Nope, it’s just us! Our Wattle&Wombat products are only available on our online store here in Australia. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international shipping.

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer a 30-day risk free trial of our products, during which you can return them at any time.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

This includes attached tags and packaging. You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Sadly, we know that sometimes our products are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return anything you order from us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.

All jokes aside - your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer Google Pay and Apple Pay too!

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any split pay options (like Afterpay, Klarna or ZipPay). These are coming soon though!

Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may consider the discount code mentioned in the description. Please check email offers for which items the code is applicable for (eg. specific products only).

Made your purchase, and as the payment was loading you realised with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply contact our helpful team here and they will be happy to help correct this for you.

Our day-to-day operations are managed from our Sydney office, while our fulfilment warehouse is currently strategically located at one of Asia's largest shipping hubs. This temporary move allows us to efficiently support our expansion into the UK, Canada, and other international markets as we establish our presence overseas.

Once our international operations are established, we plan to bring our fulfilment warehouse back home to Australia.

We're incredibly excited about this next chapter and the opportunity to bring Wattle & Wombat to even more homes around the world.

Please note: Our offices are not retail locations, and we do not offer customer collection from our fulfilment centr
